Jesus Ramirez, President. Mr. Ramirez is a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Combat Veteran having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. In July 2012 Mr. Ramirez formed JXR Constructors, Inc. with the vision to provide exceptional business service for its customers. Mr. Ramirez understands that dealing directly with people is the key to building and keeping strong relationships. With his leadership the company completed its first government contract in December 2012.
Joseph Nebel, Project Manager. Mr. Nebel is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He has 21 years of project management experience and has been working primarily on Department of Veterans Affairs construction projects since 2008. He understands new construction, as well as renovation projects. More importantly, he understands the principals of patients and facilities first, construction second.
Jeffrey Wiggins, Project Manager. Mr. Wiggins is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and has 24 years of project management experience, including significant experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is also experienced in both U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as well as U.S. Navy construction projects. He understands both new construction and renovation. With extensive experience in hospitals, he is knowledgeable about infection and vector control. More importantly, he is dedicated to ensuring that veterans come before construction.
Alberto Mata, Superintendent. Mr. Mata is a Construction Superintendent with a strong background in Building Systems and Operations. His construction field experience began as an intern at Walsh Engineers in 2007, where he was involved with mechanical design projects that required field investigations and close communication with field project managers in the San Diego area for Government and private sectors. Upon completion in 2008, Mr. Mata joined MBO, Inc., as a Commissioning Engineer where he managed commissioning teams in the U.S. and abroad. He joined JXR Constructors as a Construction Superintendent and began working in 2013.
